Certification and Compliance: Products must meet CE/RoHS standards; Clients must provide accurate product specifications (e.g., IP ratings, input voltage, power output, lumen output, etc.) for custom projects. 2. Project Process: Design Phase (Submit CAD files or technical drawings, 2 revisions free of charge, additional changes may incur fees); Prototyping (Lead time: 20-30 days; 2 samples provided); Bulk Production (Lead time: 30-45 days post-final approval). 3. Payment Terms: Deposit (50% via T/T); Balance due before shipment (FOB Shenzhen); Late payment (2% monthly interest and production delays). 4. Quality Assurance: Defect claims must be filed within 10 days of delivery with batch photos and test reports; Remedies include repair, replacement, or prorated credit (max 100% of defective batch); Allowable tolerance (±5% for luminous flux and color temperature). 5. Project Termination: By ROCKON (Non-payment or safety violations); By Client (50% fee after prototyping; 100% if tooling are completed). 6. Governing Law and Disputes: Disputes resolved under Hong Kong SAR laws; Arbitration via HKIAC for international clients. 7.
